• Information you provide: your name, email address, and any message content when you fill out a form (notify-me, waitlist, resource download, speaking, consulting, or contact); and order and shipping details when you make a purchase.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited order details, but we do not collect or store your full payment card number.
• Automatically collected: basic usage and device information and cookies/local storage used to operate the site and remember things like your cart and course progress (stored on your device).

How we use information

• To provide the Services, process orders, and deliver digital products and downloads.
• To respond to your inquiries and requests.
• To send you updates you ask for (such as a state-launch or waitlist notification) and, where permitted, occasional news about our products. You can opt out at any time.

• Service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe), email provider, hosting provider, and — for private consultations — our scheduling provider (Calendly) and, if you choose to meet by Zoom, Zoom — each acting on our behalf.

We use essential cookies and your browser’s local storage to make the site work (for example, your shopping cart and Program progress). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
