Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for Power of Attorney Caregiver products. Because much of what we sell is digital and delivered instantly, please read the terms for each product type below.

Digital products (Handbook PDF, the Program)

Digital products (including Handbook PDFs and the POA Caregiver Program) are delivered immediately upon purchase and are considered final sale — non-refundable once the order is completed and access or download has been provided. Please review the product description carefully before buying. If a digital product is defective, fails to download, or you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Printed Handbooks

• Printed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in resalable condition.
• To start a return, contact us first for instructions. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return, and may exclude original shipping costs.
• Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

1:1 consulting

Consulting sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’notice for a full refund or credit. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be refundable.

How to request a refund

Email us through our contact page with your order email and what you’d like to do. We aim to respond within two business days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
