Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for Power of Attorney Caregiver products. Because much of what we sell is digital and delivered instantly, please read the terms for each product type below.

Digital products (Handbook and Workbook PDFs, Workbook Kits, the Program)

Digital products (including Handbook and Workbook PDFs, the National Workbook Kits, and the POA Caregiver Program) are delivered immediately upon purchase and are considered final sale — non-refundable once the order is completed and access or download has been provided. Please review the product description carefully before buying. If a digital product is defective, fails to download, or you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Printed Handbooks and Workbooks

• All sales of printed items are final. We don’t accept returns or issue refunds.
• If your book arrives damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps) and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Private POA & Caregiver Consultations

Consultations are scheduled and paid in full at booking through our scheduling provider. They may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit, using the link in your confirmation email. Late cancellations or missed consultations may not be refundable.

How to request a refund

Email us through our contact page with your order email and what you’d like to do. We aim to respond within two business days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
